Altar Flower Sign up is back! A sign-up form has been created to sign up just the same as if we were in our gathering area! There can be two names (or more if you email the office separately) for each week that flowers will be in the church. Click on the link below to go to the sign-up sheet and when we get close to the day of your donation, Kate will email you for a dedication to be in the Beacon for the week. The cost of flowers is $35. You may send a check to the office marked “Altar Flowers.” This is one more step toward resuming our Bay Shore lives together!
Remember last summer’s AV Appeal? We are now complete with our new “ZOOM ROOM” located in the first-floor conference room. This will allow us to combine in person and virtual participation for the on-going meetings at Bay Shore. Thank you again for your generosity as we envisioned what we could do to keep Bay Shore connected today and in the future!
Pastor’s Wednesday Morning Bible Study returns on April 14 at 9:30 a.m. After lots of thought, Pastor Sarah will walk through the main parts of Deuteronomy. Did you know? Jesus quotes the book of Deuteronomy more than any other book in the Bible? It is worth reviewing! Following the study of Deuteronomy, Pastor Sarah will walk through the Letter to the Hebrews. Join us as you are able. You will be surprised how much you learn!

The next Soup’R Books gathering will be held on Sunday, May 2. We will continue to meet via Zoom at 4:00pm. The upcoming book is Ordinary Grace by William Kent. Krueger. Do any of you relate to being a teenager in the 1960s? If so, this book will bring back lots of memories. Read about one boy’s surprising journey through a summer of loss and insight. The importance of church, faith, and friendship arise in this novel. Everyone is invited to participate in Bay Shore’s book group. If you enjoy reading and discussing books, please join us!
